Guest Room Accommodations

Will we get a room at the hotel on our wedding night?
Yes, a complimentary room is available for the bride and groom. This suite features a king bedroom with a balcony view and a complimentary full hot breakfast the following morning.

Are room blocks available for my guests at a discounted rate?
Yes, our sales coordinator can organize a wedding room block for your guests. All rates are seasonal and based on availability at the hotel. The number of group rooms given and rates are all based upon availability.

Am I required to pay for a certain amount of rooms?
The Comfort Suites works on a thirty day cut-off period for all wedding blocks. Your guests have until thirty days prior to make their reservations at the discounted rate. After that date any remaining rooms will go back into our inventory at no penalties to you.

How do my guests reserve a room?
Once a block of rooms has been reserved, guests can call the hotel directly at (919) 314-1200. When the guests call the hotel to make a reservation they should identify themselves as part of the wedding party to receive the discounted rate.

Is parking available for my guests?
Yes, there is complimentary parking at hotel.

Decorations

Can I bring my own decorations?
Yes, you may bring in your own decorations or work with one of our approved vendors. We must work within the hotel guidelines for delivery, teardown, dock usage and clean-up.

Capacity

What is the capacity of the Ballroom?
The maximum guest count for a seated wedding reception with a dance floor is 125 guests. We also offer a beautiful pre-function area.

Discounts

Are there any discounts for booking at an off peak month or day?
Rates fluctuate depending on the season and availability. Events during the holiday weekends will receive a rate discount.

Does Comfort Suites have a minimum guest count or price per person for weddings?
There is no minimum amount of guest required to host your wedding at the Comfort Suites. There is no minimum price per person; we offer a wide range of menu options for all budget needs. Also, we offer the option to utilize an outside approved catering vendor.
